Payment Terms

Cancellations and Changes

Order cancellations or changes must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, and you will be responsible for the full order cost. Changes to orders after approval may incur additional charges.

Production and Delivery

Production Timeline

Production timelines are estimates based on current workload and are not guaranteed. Rush orders are subject to availability and additional fees. We will make reasonable efforts to meet requested deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by:

Supply chain issues

Equipment failures

Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control

Artwork Requirements

You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets our specifications. We will review artwork and notify you of any issues, but we are not responsible for errors in artwork you provide. Artwork approval is required before production begins.

Samples and Approval

If you request a sample, production will not begin until you approve the sample. Sample fees are non-refundable. If you decline a sample, you accept responsibility for the final product matching the approved digital proof.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of any artwork, logos, designs, or other intellectual property you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant ND Prints a limited license to use, reproduce, and modify your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Your Representations

You represent and warrant that:

Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights

Your content does not violate any laws or regulations

You agree to indemnify and hold ND Prints harmless from any claims arising from your content or your use of our services.

Quality and Satisfaction

Quality Standards

We strive to produce high-quality products that meet industry standards. However, custom printing and embroidery may have minor variations in color, placement, and appearance. Such variations are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects.

Inspection and Claims

You must inspect all products upon receipt and notify us of any defects, errors, or discrepancies within 5 business days. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Remedies

If we determine that a product is defective or does not meet the approved specifications due to our error, we will, at our discretion:

Reprint or reproduce the item

Provide a partial refund

Provide a credit toward a future order

We are not responsible for errors in your provided artwork, approved proofs, or variations inherent to the production process.

Returns and Refunds

Custom Products

All custom-printed and embroidered products are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product due to a manufacturing error, we will replace or refund the product at our discretion. Proof of defect may be required.

Incorrect Orders

If we ship an incorrect product or quantity due to our error, we will correct the order at no additional cost to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ND Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to:
